"Throughout the time Nicola worked with AUW, I found her to be a natural leader & an extremely motivated, capable professional. She worked flexibly with the CDIP team to lead workshops while providing her expertise to the rest of the faculty when needed. Of particular value to me - & to the broader AUW faculty – is Nicola’s dedication to empowering women & advocating for gender equality. Her passion & commitment to her work reflects this, as does her continued involvement mentoring a AUW student."
